What we collect and why

• Account data — name, email and login credentials, to create and secure your account (performance of our contract).
• Demo requests — name, company, email, phone, fleet size and message, to answer your enquiry (legitimate interests).
• Records you enter — vehicles, rentals, renter names, licence details, insurance details, documents, photos and walk-around videos, processed on your behalf so the service works (performance of our contract).
• Usage and device data — IP address, device and browser information and error logs, for security, fraud prevention and improving the product (legitimate interests).
• Support messages — what you send us, to help you (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host and operate the platform, and error/analytics tooling.
• Stripe, our payment processor, for subscription payments, billing, tax calculation and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep account and rental records for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. After that they are deleted or anonymised.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and per-account isolation of records. Licence images and walk-around videos are stored in private storage.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Email Support@freedomdebtconsultants.com and we will respond within one month. If data is transferred outside your region, we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your layout preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though the app will not work fully without the essential ones.
