How to request a refund

Email us at Support@freedomdebtconsultants.com from the address on your invoice and we will process the refund to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Refunds are normally issued within five business days.

Trials and cancellations

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time; your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be billed again.

Refunds after 30 days

Outside the 30-day window we still review requests case by case — for example duplicate charges or a subscription you did not use. Contact us and we will look into it.
